Pre-order the new album from Kelli Baker Mother available to ship on 11.13.26

Originally from Phoenix and now based in New York City, Kelli Baker has spent the last several years building her career through relentless touring, honest songwriting, and a live show that's become her signature.

"I'm just ready to be heard."

It's a simple statement, but one that captures both the soul of Mother and the artist behind it.

Produced by Zach Allen, Mother is the album Baker has been writing toward for years. As Baker puts it, "There's no control, really. It comes to me as something that has to be said."

Acclaimed keyboardist Peter Levin, whose credits include Gregg Allman, Bonnie Raitt, The Highwomen, and Dolly Parton, plays throughout Mother, becoming an integral part of the record's sound. GRAMMY-winning blues icon Keb' Mo' joins Baker on "American Running," while "Hymn" features the legendary McCrary Sisters, whose unmistakable gospel harmonies have graced recordings with Bob Dylan, Elvis Presley, Stevie Wonder, and Isaac Hayes.

It's an album about trusting your own voice and, as Baker says, realizing, "You can change the GPS."

Blending rock, soul, blues, funk, and Americana into a sound that's entirely her own, Baker has shared stages with ZZ Top, Little Feat, Christone "Kingfish" Ingram, Samantha Fish, and Ally Venable.

The record is brought to life by Baker's longtime New York band: Noé Socha on lead guitar and harmonica, PJ LaMariana on bass, and Tom Curiano on drums. Together, they've helped shape the chemistry and musicianship that define Baker's live performances.

With Mother, Kelli Baker isn't reinventing herself. She's stepping fully into the artist she's always been.
